HAPPY NEW 2021.

We are officially admitting new trainees as from February 2021.

The deadline for sending applications for admission for Term 1 2021 is 5th February 2021.

All new trainees (intakes) are advised to report to the Institute between 15th and 17th February 2021.

Admission Requirements;

On the day of Registration on admission please bring the following.

  1. Full fees as per the fee structure enclosed in the admission documents sent via email to applicants, payable by Bankers Cheques /Draft, Money Order or Direct Banking.
  2. The original fee payment bank slip.
  3. Three color passport sized photographs recently taken.
  4. Photocopies and Originals of the Offer of Admission documents, KCSE and KCPE Certificate/Results Slip, Secondary School Leaving Certificate, Birth Certificate and ID card – both sides
  5. A ream of Photocopying Paper.
  6. Enough Stationery for Personal use.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR TECHNICAL COURSES.

  1. Standard T-Square (plastic or wooden)
  2. One 30°/60°, 450/ 450 set squares pair about 200mm
  3. Drawing protractor 00-3600
  4. A Staedler eraser and Staedler Pencil (type HB 2H and 4B) enough to cover a term
  5. Masking tape – one
  6. One short sleeved (blue) overall for engineering Trainees and one long sleeved (white) overcoat for laboratory technology and Land survey TRAINEES
  7. Scientific calculator.
  8. One pair of safety boots for Engineering Trainees (military type).

GAMES AND SPORTS.

You are expected to participate in games and therefore every student is required to come with

  1. One set of games kits (Tracksuits, shorts and T-shirts)
  2. One pair of Sports shoes.

NOTICE TO ALL CONTINUING TRAINEES.

Continuing students who do not have national examinations this January are also expected to report on 18th and 19th February 2021.

You are expected to report online using the Student Portal first before reporting physically at the Institute.
