New Reporting Instructions


The term has come to an end and all continuing students are leaving for the long August holidays.

We have noted with concern that some continuing students are not compliant with the online session reporting procedure and thus ignore or attempt to bypass the whole process.

We have thus updated our continuing students session reporting procedure effective immediately.

Please note that as a continuing student you are expected to report online FIRST before reporting at the institute physically.

After you have reported online, you are also expected to DOWNLOAD and print the Continuing Students REGISTRATION FORM and fill it appropriately before reporting at the institute physically.

After downloading and  printing both fee statement and registration form as per the instructions, you are expected to PRESENT both documents when you physically report for the new session to the Office of The Registrar, then Office of Finance, then Office of The Dean of Students, then your Head of Department in that order.

The officers in these offices will verify your reporting status, then validate your documents by signing and stamping them.

After you have completed this entire process you are advised to keep the two documents safe as they shall be required regularly during the term.
