NOTE: This form is to be filled by only by applicants who were not placed by KUCCPS.
Before you use this form, ensure you have read carefully and understood the following instructions, and you have viewed the List of Courses page or seen our Course List Bronchure to familiarize yourself with the specific course requirements for the course you wish to apply for.
Those applying for Diploma courses please note that the minimum entry qualification is a KCSE Mean grade of C-(Minus) while those applying for Craft Certificate the Minimum entry qualification is a KCSE Mean grade of D Plain. Those who wish to apply for Artisan Courses the minimum qualification is KCPE/KCSE Mean grade of D-(Minus).
After entering all your data, press the Submit button to complete the online application process.You will see the message: Form has been submitted successfully. We are processing your application.
After successful submission and subsequent processing, your Admission forms (SIT/REG/OAF, SIT/REG/MRF, SIT/REG/OOF/A, SIT/REG/IRR, SIT/REG/OOF/B and SIT/REG/TDC) will be emailed to you (ensure you have provided a valid email address).
Once you receive your admission letters, kindly fill the admission forms appropriately, as clearly as possible and as per the instructions in the individual forms, once you have filled them and paid fees, scan the forms in full color and the original bank slip showing you have paid fees in part or in full.
NOTE: (do not send pictures of the documents taken from a phone)
Send all these attachments to email@example.com indicating in the email your full name, admission number and course.
Once we receive them we shall proceed to enroll you for online classes scheduled to begin on 30th September 2020.
You shall then be sent an official fees payment receipt and assigned an institute email address with its password and login details for an e-learning account which you shall use to access the online classes.
Once you receive the credentials you are advised to log in and change your password to keep your accounts safe.
The online classes shall continue even after the government gives the directive to reopen learning institutions and we shall continue to communicate with you on any changes.
NOTE: Do not make double registration/application.
We regret to inform you that there are no more space in hostels as all spaces have been booked. All trainees who wish to reside near the institute should make personal accommodation arrangements early to avoid getting inconvenienced once schools reopen.
