Term 1 2021 Applications Closed

We are no longer processing online admission applications for Term 1 2021, we shall announce dates for the next intake and subsequently open the application portal in due course.


We are sending Admission Letters through the emails you provided during your application, however we have noted that some applicants did not indicate any email address nor phone number and cannot be reached. We have compiled a list of their names and advise all KUCCPS applicants to download the list and check whether their names appear there.

All new students are expected to report at the Institute as from 15th to 17th February 2021.

The deadline for sending admission applications for Term 1 2021 is 5th February 2021.

We have been processing applications for admissions online and have been sending admission documents via email to all prospective students who met the admission criteria.
All new students who received admission letters via email are expected to report with their original admission documents including passport pictures, birth certificate, national ID, KCSE certificate, KCSE results slip, KCPE certificate and an original bank slip showing you have paid fees in part or in full.

Your details shall then be processed and you will be issued with an official fee payment receipt.

All continuing students who had not yet reported are required to report on 18th and 19th February 2021

Ensure you report early to continue learning and gain access to the e-learning portal where you can also continue your normal classes online.

All continuing students who are reporting back should create student portal accounts by visiting and reading through the instructions carefully before creating the accounts.

Registration requirements for continuing students are an original bank slip showing you have paid fees in full.
Once we receive the payment slip we shall process and update the payment details and you can view the changes in by logging into the Students Portal and clicking the ‘Finance’ option where you can view and print your fee statement.
