Welcome to The Siaya Institute of Technology Course Application Portal. NOTE: This form is to be filled by only by applicants who were not placed by KUCCPS. Before you use this form, ensure you have read carefully and understood the following instructions,  and you have viewed the List of Courses page or seen our Course....

ATTENTION ALL KUCCPS APPLICANTS.

We are sending Admission Letters through the emails you provided during your application, however we have noted that some applicants did not indicate any email address nor phone number and cannot be reached. We have compiled a list of their names and advise all KUCCPS applicants to download the list and check whether their names appear there.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW STUDENTS.

We have began admitting students for online classes and we have been sending admission documents via email to all prospective students who met the admission criteria.
Once you receive your admission letters, kindly fill the admission forms appropriately, as clearly as possible and as per the instructions in the individual forms, once you have filled them scan the forms in full color and your passport picture, birth certificate, national ID, KCSE certificate, KCSE results slip, KCPE certificate and an original bank slip showing you have paid fees in part or in full.

NOTE: (do not send pictures of the documents taken from a phone)
Send all these attachments to admissions@siayainstitute.ac.ke indicating in the email your full name, admission number and course.
Once we receive them we shall proceed to enroll you for online classes.
You shall then be issued an official fee payment receipt and assigned an institute email address with its password and login details for an e-learning account which you shall use to access the online classes.

All these details will be sent to you via email.
Once you receive the credentials you are advised to log in and change your password to keep your accounts safe.
The online classes shall continue even after the government gives the directive to reopen learning institutions and we shall continue to communicate with you on any changes.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONTINUING STUDENTS.

Classes are resuming as from 26th October 2020 for all trainees who had registered for KNEC July 2020 exams and KASNEB MAY/JUNE 2020 Exams.

For Continuing students who do not have exams , kindly register early and gain access to the e-learning portal where you can continue your normal classes online.

All continuing students are advised to create student portal accounts by visiting https://siayainstitute.ac.ke/portals/ and reading through the instructions carefully before creating the accounts.

Registration requirements for continuing students who are candidates are an original bank slip showing you have paid fees in full.
The bank slip should be scanned in full color and sent via  email to selfreporting@siayainstitute.ac.ke indicating in the email your full name, admission number and course.

NOTE: (do not send pictures of the slip taken from a phone)
Once we receive the email we shall process and update the payment details and you can view the changes in by logging into the Students Portal and clicking the ‘Finance’ option where you can print your fee statement.

You shall then be assigned an institute email address with its password and login details for an e-learning account which you shall use to access the online classes.

HOSTEL BOOKING

We regret to inform you that there are no more space in hostels as all spaces have been booked, we regret the inconvenience caused. When we shall officially open, we advise all trainees who wish to reside near the institute to make personal accommodation arrangements early to avoid getting inconvenienced.
